Barty Bowlers

Barty residents with good nature and goodwill battled against one another again today for the Bowling Trophy at Hollywood Bowl in Maidstone.

Olive Oil kicked off with an immediate strike! Sweet Cheeks refused all assistance from the ramp and was determined to bowl herself. Quote “these are the biggest balls I’ve played with.”

Dainty Doreen was less than dainty in her victory when she too bowled a strike. Dare Devil Dave who was surrounded by women and the loan man charged with the responsibility of doing his fellow men proud, he struggled to match the women who were all on point today.

The day, however, belonged to Barbra-ela has she triumphed with a winning score of 106 and held aloft the trophy.

After a great deal of fun, laughter and cheering we returned to Barty for a well-earned lunch.
