Having loyal and long-serving team members are the life blood of our business and as such we ensure we recognise those special milestones when they are achieved.
So to celebrate our staff members that have been loyal and dedicated to Barty, we held a very special Afternoon Tea, where our staff members were awarded with their milestone badges. The CEO Brian Cooney, presented their badges along with a personalised letter, then everyone tucked into a delicious spread with a special celebratory cake!
A big congratulations to Jacqui Butler, Home Manager at Barty, 10 years service. Diane Hollands, Domestic Assistant, 16 years service. Nichola Waters, Team Leader, 11 years service. Brenda Clayton, Activities Assitant, 14 years service. And an even bigger congratulations to Gillian Ash, who has dedicated 25 years to Barty, working as a Care Assistant.
