The gentleman of Barty House made their way to the Seaside, leaving the ladies to take in the sun rays back at the home.
They all enjoyed the delightful sea air, the beautiful view and were thrilled to be out and about! After a stroll along the promenade, a nice cup of tea, and a chat with the locals they headed home for lunch.
A big thank you is extended to Dennis (Brendan’s partner and Pat, Peter’s friend) who came along on the day volunteering their time to make the trip possible!
Barty residents will be travelling out on the minibus three times a month now routinely, so anyone wishing to join in the fun and volunteer some time out with the residents please speak to a member of Activities.
