February the month of Love
Barty residents fashion beautiful decoupage hearts in honour of Valentine Day this month. A celebration open to us all when we embrace who we have loved, and who we still love to this day. Wether they be partners, friends, family members and those folk who we spend our days with routinely such as residents and staff.
Today the afternoon was spent surrounded by paper hearts, glitter,
glue, ribbon and decoupage sheets, while channeling our artistic sides!
Everyone had very different ideas about their own colour schemes and designs,
which meant we ended up with a fabulous array of different decoupage hanging
hearts! These will make beautiful gifts or keepsakes.
The main effect was that everyone had a good time!
