What a kind donation!

We’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Hannah Cass, her talented 14-year-old daughter and the Maidstone Sewing Group for NHS and Keyworkers who have very kindly made and donated some colourful head bands, scrub hats and uniform bags to our staff.

It goes without saying that these lovely items will come in extremely useful and we are so very touched by the group’s kindness and thoughtfulness at this difficult time.

“It just goes to show that community spirit really is alive and well in Bearsted and Maidstone!” says home manager Gabriele Jerome.

The group is one of a number that have been set up throughout the community to sew scrubs for NHS and care home workers.
