Barty residents explored their creative side whilst putting together some beautiful pinboards.
They used wadding to cover canvases and then covered them in some pretty fabric squares and ribbon. A little strength was required to use the staple gun to attach the fabric so Caroline from Activities asked Martin her partner to come along on the day and lend a firm hand.
The finished results were very professional looking and befitting of a lovely gift. As such Shirley who has a granddaughter at Portsmouth university found a welcoming home for her creation. Janet also gifted hers to her niece who is a teaching assistant.
